Jake Howe So QB Wilkes-Barre

 How has taken a massive leap from his freshman year and has looked like one of the best QBs in the district. The Wolfpack have been red hot, winning 4 straight, and the air attack has been on full display the past 2 weeks throwing for 413 yards and 5 touchdowns over the past 2 weeks.

Howie Shiner SR RB Wilkes-Barre

 While the air-raid attack has looked pretty, Shiner has still been a punishing back on the ground and his runs have set up the pass the game. Shiner continues to be a bruiser at running back and helped close out the win last week against Crestwood. The past 2 weeks Shiner has rushed for 245 yards and 2 touchdowns.

Aaron Crossley SR RB Wyoming Area

It seems like every week Crossley is doing something that just makes shake your head in awe. It was another day at the office for Crossley as he was just his dominant self over these past 2 weeks recording 400 yards and 5 touchdowns.

Evan Laybourn-Boddie SR WR Wilkes-Barre

 Since his return, no one has been quite as productive as Laybourn-Boddie. Laybourn-Boddie has been unguardable these past 2 weeks and has looked like one of the best receivers in all of District 2 recording 14 receptions for 194 yards and 3 touchdowns.

Zach Paczewski SR WR Dallas

 The Mounts continue to roll and Paczewski furthers his case as one of the best football players in D2. Paczewski continues to be a problem in open space and is one of the best Yards after catch receivers in the area. Another dominating 2 weeks for Paczewski as he recorded 6 catches for 191 yards and 3 touchdowns.

Benjamin Downing JR TE Lake-Lehman

 Downing has been a swift army knife for the Black Knights as he has done everything including taking handoffs. Downing came up massive last week against Tunkhannock recording both of the black Knights' touchdown one on the ground and one through the air.

A.J Fife SR G Dallas

The Mounts really can choose what way they wanna beat you and in order to do that you need to be balanced on the o-line and Fife has shown that. Fife has been excellent as a run blocker helping the Mounts rush for 194 yards a game, but has really impressed in pass protection helping the Mounts throw for 156.6 yards a game in this 2 week span.

Ryan Wiaterowski SR G Nanticoke

 The Trojans Wing T has been firing on all cylinders over the past 2 weeks, and it has started upfront with their 4-year starter. Wiaterowski has just been dominant getting to the second level and opening massive holes in the run game. Wiaterowski has helped the Trojans rush for 238.5 yards a game in that span, and even has gotten in the action himself rushing for 3 touchdowns.

James Gryskewicz JR C Wilkes-Barre

The Wolfpack have had one of the most balance offense in the district on this 4 game winning streak, and they have shined over the past 2 weeks led by Gryskewicz upfront. Gryskewicz has been the leader of that unit of front that is averaging 27.5 points a points a game and averaging 380 yards of offense a game.

Chase Desanto JR T Wyoming Area

The Warriors continue to roll and dominate in the trenches, and Desanto has lead the way. Desanto has just been dominant, and the Warriors continue to run off tackle as Desanto has paved the way with 3 pancake blocks and 282.5 yards a game.

Evan Malet SR T Hanover

 The Hawkeyes were just completely dominant last week against Holy Redeemer and scored a season high 56 points and were dominant on the ground. Malet lead the way of dominant ground attack that rushed for 350 yards and 7 rushing touchdowns.

Seth Raymer SR DE Nanticoke

The Trojans have two towers at defensive end, and Raymer has used his size and speed to his advantage as he was dominant last week. Pittston Area had no answer for Raymer as he helped fuel a 21-7 comeback with 10 tackles, 1 for a loss and a fumble recovery.

Carter Isbel JR DT Wyoming Valley West

There haven’t been too many bright spots this season, but Isbel has been one of them. Isbel has had himself a good week and has shown to be solid run stuffrer as he has recorded 11 tackles and 1 for a loss.

Ezekiel Hernaniz SR DE Hanover

The Hawkers were dominant last week against Holy Redeemer, and Hernaniz was dominant helping hold the Royals to negative 83 rushing yards. Hernaniz was all over the field on Saturday and was in the Royals backfield all night long recording 

Anchor 5

Lincoln Bibla JR LB Crestwood

 Bibla has finally returned to field and has made an immediate impact on this Comets defense. He helped hold the Williamsport air attack to 100 yards and 3 points, where he dominated recording 7 tackles, 3 for a loss, and 2 sacks.

Gene Ardo So LB Wilkes-Barre

 The Wolfpack continue to have playmakers all over the field, especially at the linebacker position with Ardo. Ardo has excelled so far as an underclassman and has been one of the Wolfpack's most efficient players. Recording 12 tackles and 1 for a loss.

Dylan Geskey JR LB Dallas

Geskey continues to impress on both sides off the ball and played one of his best defensive games last week. Geskey helped the starters only give up 6 points to Hazleton where he recorded 6 tackles and an interception.

Zubair Sharif SR LB Wyoming Valley West

Sharif has shown that he is one of the most underrated linebackers in the district and continues to be a tackling machine. Sharif has been all over the field the past 2 weeks and has recorded 26 total tackles.

Jacob Morgan SR DB Wyoming Area

 The Warriors continue to roll especially on defense, and the secondary has been elite led by Morgan.  Morgan leads the Warriors in tackles and had another terrific day against Scranton recording 8 tackles, 1.5 loss, and a pass breakup.

Mike Lewis JR DB Dallas

The Mounts secondary might be the best in all of D2 and Lewis adds to that case. Lewis has done a great job of playing the slot corner spot and has shined in that role. Last week against Hazleton he did great job of taking away the underneath routes and also recorded an interception.

Treyvon Gembitski So DB Wilkes-Barre

Another big week for Gembitski as he continues to show he was the best young stars in District 2. Gembitski is a problem on both sides of the ball, but defensively has stood out these past 2 weeks recording 13 tackles and 2 interceptions.

Kevin Wiedl JR DB Wyoming Area

The Warriors had a huge day defensively against Scranton and Wiedl played a huge role in that win. Wield was great in coverage all night long against Scranton air attack and recorded 8 tackles, a pass deflection and a fumble recovery.
